12.1

Shakib Al Hasan to Gayle, no run, lets this delivery outside all alone

12.2

Shakib Al Hasan to Gayle, 1 run, A bizarre game is over, with a punch to long-on. Bangladesh imploded in a stunning fashion and West Indies reached the target (if it could be called that) without much fuss.

Gayle: "The wicket seems to be doing a bit , i mean for the spinners but Kemar Roach did a brilliant job. This will take us through to quarter final but we can't relax. Ireland, India and England games are coming. I am trying to spend some time in the middle, I was trying to sort out things as quickly as possible and try to give team good starts."

Please hang on for the quotes from the post-match ceremony. Let's see what Shakib says about this nightmarish effort. Forget the chase, the entire game was over before you could download a movie on a slightly slow internet connection. Kids, avoid piracy.

Shakib: "We never thought we would bat this poorly. We have been playing good cricket for the last 12 months, consistent with the but today ... I don't know; we have to sit and think about this. Work out things. We have to come back and win 2 out of 3. The anger from crowd is acceptable because the way we have performed." Shakib agress with Atherton that "it's a good time to move away to Chittagong."

Sammy: "It was a brilliant performance by his team-mates. Gayle wasn't feeling well but the effort he showed today by coming out. He gave us a little motivational speech for us today before the start of the game. He said. 'don't take Bangladesh lightly ..." Roachie gave us an excellent start. My own personal form hasn't been the best, so it was good that I got few wickets. We went out there knowing how crucial this game was to us; We always fancy ourselves but its up to us to get out there and perform consistently."

Man of the match is Kemar Roach: "I am glad. This is my second man of the match, looking for my third in the up coming game against Ireland. Just keep it straight; if the batsman miss, I hit. It was good allround effort. Benn bowled really well."\ \ That's it from us. Good bey and good luck.
