India won by 5 wickets (with 24 balls remaining)

33.5

Yuvraj Singh to Cusack, no run, Cusack loses his head first ball, doesn't lose his wicket though, he opens the face to guide the ball towards point and sets off for a single, Porterfield wasn't interested, and Cusack had to scramble back, just makes it back

33.6

Yuvraj Singh to Cusack, no run, Cusack living dangerously here, dropped by Yuvraj, he wasn't expecting another caught and bowled, Cusack punched it high to Yiuvraj left, he gets a hand on it but can't latch on, Cusack survives

Ireland 147/5   AR Cusack 0* (2b)

34.2

Chawla to Cusack, no run, defended to the off side by Cusack

34.3

Chawla to Cusack, no run, Cusack comes down the track and plays the ball against the spin towards mid-off, can't get off the mark though

34.4

Chawla to Cusack, 1 run, this time he can, drives the length ball towards mid-off for one

34.6

Chawla to Cusack, no run, the Chawla googly makes an appearance, Cusack doesn't read it and is struck on the pads, Chawla makes an excited appeal but that hit outside off

Ireland 150/5   AR Cusack 1* (6b)

35.2

Yuvraj Singh to Cusack, no run, flighted, length ball, defended back to the bowler

Ireland 151/5   AR Cusack 1* (11b)

36.2

Chawla to Cusack, FOUR, that is a terrible delivery from Chawla, plenty of flight but forgets to land it, crunched down the ground by Cusack for four

36.3

Chawla to Cusack, no run, Cusack can't read the Chawla googly, he look to defend that one towards off only to be beaten by the sharp turn

36.4

Chawla to Cusack, 3 runs, overpitched legspinner, muscled down the ground and past the bowler, Yusuf hustles across from Yusuf and dives to save that one, he pushes it past Munaf who was coming in from long-off, third umpire is satisfied it is not a boundary

Ireland 159/5   AR Cusack 8* (14b 1x4)

37.5

Yuvraj Singh to Cusack, no run, back of a length on off stump and defended down the track

37.6

Yuvraj Singh to Cusack, FOUR, in hindsight, a rather brainy shot from Cusack. He skips out of the crease, gets inside the angle that Yuvraj is operating with, negating the spin in the process and then slaps him across the line high and into the vacant midwicket region. It trickles over the boundary skirting.

Ireland 165/6   AR Cusack 12* (16b 2x4)

39.1

Yuvraj Singh to Cusack, FOUR, Cusack does it again to Yuvraj, he's skipped out to take the delivery on bounce from the leg stump line and swing it over midwicket. Straighter than last time, but he seemed to have negated all risks in the execution

39.2

Yuvraj Singh to Cusack, no run, Yuvraj lands this outside off, forces Cusack to play softly into the off side

39.3

Yuvraj Singh to Cusack, 1 run, aha, this one stops and breaks away from Cusack who is a little early into the punch down the ground, and Yuvraj might have thought he had a chance as he dived to his left. Too far from him though.

39.5

Yuvraj Singh to Cusack, no run, this is lovely stuff from Yuvraj, and another nifty bit of keeping from Dhoni. Flighted onto middle and leg, it lands and breaks away sharply as Cusack plays a lazy wafty flick without getting to the pitch. Dhoni collects and whips the bails off as Cusack drags his toes out, but he seems to have brought them back in, just in time.

39.6

Yuvraj Singh to Cusack, 1 run, short ball, breaking away from middle and off, whipped from the crease to square leg for one

Ireland 172/6   AR Cusack 18* (21b 3x4)

40.1

Khan to Cusack, 1 run, back of a length on the pads, clipped through square leg for one

Ireland 173/6   AR Cusack 19* (22b 3x4)

41.1

41.4

Yuvraj Singh to Cusack, 1 run, Cusack turns the strike again, full toss on off stump and driven into the covers

Ireland 178/6   AR Cusack 21* (25b 3x4)

42.1

Khan to Cusack, 1 run, short ball outside off, hangs back and cuts it backward of point for one

42.4

Khan to Cusack, 1 run, slow offcutter from over the wicket, opens the face and dabs it to third man for a single

Ireland 181/7   AR Cusack 23* (27b 3x4)

43.1

Yuvraj Singh to Cusack, 1 run, tossed up outside off and breaking away, steered carefully from the crease through point

43.3

Yuvraj Singh to Cusack, no run, again drifting with the arm, Johnston looks to swipe to the leg side and misses. Hmm, replays say that was hitting leg stump

43.4

Yuvraj Singh to Cusack, OUT, India have called for a lbw review here. Has Yuvi bagged a five-for? Lands back of a length on off stump and straightens, but the batsman is well down the track, his backfoot is a foot outside the crease and his front foot is well down the track. Will the 2.5 metres come into the picture? According to (a potentially inaccurate) HawkEye, since he is more than 2.5 m forward, it was hitting off and middle at a comfortable height. Right, on replays, umpire Tucker has reversed his decision and Yuvraj has five. Bangalore roars. Yuvraj puts out his hand, with all five fingers spread out. Dhoni just smiles. Good stuff this.

AR Cusack lbw b Yuvraj Singh 24 (49m 30b 3x4 0x6) SR: 80.00

Ireland 184/8   AR Cusack 24 (30b 3x4)
