Points for a Win, Draw and Tie

14 points for an outright win.
6 points for a first innings lead (retained irrespective of the outright result).
7 points each for an outright tie.
3 points for a first innings tie.

Points in Abandoned or Interrupted Matches

If a match is abandoned without a ball being bowled, each side shall be awarded 10 points.

In a match with 8 hours or more lost due to weather 3 points for a draw, plus any points scored in the first innings.

In a match with less than 8 hours lost due to weather 0 points for a draw, plus any points scored in the first innings.

Points in Forfeited Matches

If a team forfeits a fixture then the opposing side shall be awarded 20 points and in addition the Event Technical Committee may impose a points penalty on the side forfeiting the fixture.

Points - General

At the completion of the round-robin matches, the teams will be placed in a league table in order of merit based on the number of points gained in the round-robin matches.

The teams which finishes numbers 1 and 2 in the league table will progress to the final.

Should any sides in the league table be equal on points, the right to be placed in the higher position in the league table and progress to the final will be decided in the following order of priority:

a) Most outright wins
b) The highest net runs per wicket ratio.
