Good innings by Sachin after a long time, but he needs to get a big hundred to really have an impact on the game... Good to hear Rahul's opinion on the game....a note to Cricinfo team...the sound quality is not gr8, especially had to strain my ears to hear Gokul.

The contrast between Sachin and the rest of Indian batsmen was night and day. It is sad that he has to grow old and retire. But on evidence of today even a 40 year old Sachin is the best batsman in India by some margin.

Sachin is back with a bang &sacin is always a key and a crutial member in his team .india are rellaying on sachin . the key to his success was that he started very well . the first three schoring opportunity relaly got him going . sachin is fighting with himself. he has to keeep on churning runs after runs & the fqact that he has spent sufficient amount of time on that pitch means that he will have a idea so as to the range and array of shots that can be played on that track.sachin again responded very well to preesure. again it was a special knocxk from one & only sachin. he did not spoke a word when he was going through a bad pach just very recently & he did use his willow to be a slince breaker for all of us . india needs you sachin more than ever. your footwork was just simply admarable sachin. it was one of the more matured knocks that you have ever played. india & all the people have got the answers to your spectacular &plendid show. continue tio grow sachin & we all r with u.
