johnson, khawaja were in line for the 3rd test

Both Coach and captain are inefficient. If they can not manage 16 people they are to be booted out. What do they expect from Mitch and Khwaja who have not played at all. They have to criticise others others which is strange. If the coach can not think of ideas and motivate team he is really useless and needs to be sent home.

The change of coach and the Captain will resolve the Aus Cricket.

And if you want to coach Australia, you need to (manage and) deliver a team capable of winning. Arthur's team selections for the first two Test matches were grossly inadequate. Four players being disciplined is a major cultural issue - and it speaks more of the coach than the players.

Australia, always known for it's Strict Cricket Policies!

As a die hard Aussie supporter, I'm gutted. How is the teams morale now? The test is effectively 2 days away. He can any team turn around from this especially when we are trying to save a series. I understand about standards but this is way too harsh. Three of these guys are match winners. There goes any chance, albeit slim, of saving the game. It really is the Mickey Mouse Club and a great embarrassment on the world stage.

Micky you are aabsolutely wrong ....mickys failure as coach with ausies is very clear here...micky you should step down as coach will be much better for CA..shane ,mitchels.pattisson and khawaja are four key members of team....we can't afford to see them out of 3rd test....

Micky Arthur is a South African spy, sent to destroy the Australian cricket team. So far he's doing a dam good job

The Australian team is committed, determined side to watch, whether playing in India, Australia or any other part of the world.. The quality they give to the world of Cricket is unmatchable.. I wonder even if Sachin would have survived the rigours, if he was part of Australian cricket.

But the sacking of players is unnaceptable, they could have been reprimanded for their poor show and corrective action could have been taken. I hope Mickey and Clarke would reconsider their desicion and allow the players to be selectable for the third test match where Australia have bright chances of pulling one back because of some bounce wickets in North of India.

Thank you for destroying Australian cricket. Now you can't even drop the guys in poor form because you threw out these guys. 'I'm gutted' says Mickey - well why did you do it?Clarke and Arthur have to stand down immediately, they got this irreversibly wrong. Australian cricket is now justifiably the laughing stock of our game. I always doubted Clarke as a captain and so what about his recent runs if he is so useless otherwise?
