I think i find what job fits for dravid and ganguly. They should be talent scouts. Idealsits like him think about future and it is best they decide future of indian cricket be BCCI appointed talent scouts. NZ did crowe as talent scout today. I thought i should remind people in BCCI to bring scout concept for finding fast bowlers more than batsman.
