India won by 9 wickets

Overs 1-50  | Overs 51-100  | Overs 101-150  | Overs 151-200

Swann to Gambhir, OUT, gone! Swann makes the breakthrough. Another really smart piece of bowling as this one slides into Gambhir as he again goes back into the crease to try and play through the off side but this time is beaten as it skids through at takes off stump. Massive relief all round, at least for a moment, for England.

G Gambhir b Swann 45 (126m 111b 4x4 0x6) SR: 40.54

India 134/1   V Sehwag 85* (69b 13x4 1x6)   GP Swann 8.5-1-23-1

Swann to Sehwag, OUT, bowled him, Sehwag is gone! The giant has been chopped down and Swann has his second wicket, striking with the first ball of a spell again. The ball was tossed up outside off, there was a bit of grip off the pitch and Sehwag's attempted sweep was unsuccessful, the timbers rattling to give the batsman his send off

V Sehwag b Swann 117 (209m 117b 15x4 1x6) SR: 100.00

India 224/2   CA Pujara 55* (74b 7x4)   GP Swann 14.1-1-49-2

Swann to Tendulkar, OUT, in a tangle this time and Tendulkar is gone! Swann has another, minutes before tea! Tendulkar didn't quite read the flight, wasn't to the pitch as he went for another loft into the leg side, got right under the ball and it plopped safely into Patel's hands at deep midwicket

SR Tendulkar c Patel b Swann 13 (25m 18b 2x4 0x6) SR: 72.22

India 250/3   CA Pujara 68* (96b 10x4)   GP Swann 17.5-1-60-3

Swann to Kohli, OUT, bowled him, Swann has another! More spin for England's chief tweaker, this ripped back from outside off, big gap between bat and pad and the "pop" go the bails! Kohli didn't get a big enough stride in, he looks at the pitch suspiciously, but that wasn't a great defensive stroke

V Kohli b Swann 19 (70m 67b 3x4 0x6) SR: 28.35

India 283/4   CA Pujara 82* (148b 11x4)   GP Swann 27.4-3-78-4

Patel to Yuvraj Singh, OUT, would you believe it?! Yuvraj has clubbed the ugliest of ugly full tosses straight down the throat of long-on. Patel looks a little embarrassed by it all, but England won't be fussed. Real shame for Yuvraj, a comeback hundred would have been a fabulous story

Yuvraj Singh c Swann b Patel 74 (184m 151b 6x4 2x6) SR: 49.00

India 413/5   CA Pujara 134* (282b 16x4)   SR Patel 21.1-3-65-1

Swann to Dhoni, OUT, five for Swann! Dhoni's curious innings is over as he goes for a sweep, the ball takes the bottom of his glove and maybe some thigh pad then rolls into the stumps

MS Dhoni b Swann 5 (38m 37b 0x4 0x6) SR: 13.51

India 444/6   CA Pujara 160* (309b 19x4)   GP Swann 42.5-8-122-5

Pietersen to Ashwin, OUT, there it is, that bit of magic, though it's not Pujara but Ashwin that falls! Pietersen celebrates with arms aloft as Ashwin plays back, goes to cut, but thins a nick into the hands of Prior behind the stumps

R Ashwin c †Prior b Pietersen 23 (80m 52b 2x4 0x6) SR: 44.23

India 510/7   CA Pujara 202* (377b 21x4)   KP Pietersen 6.5-1-18-1

Anderson to Khan, OUT, full, swings like a kid at the playground, and caught by the diving Trott at point! The ball flew low off the outside half of the bat as Zaheer tried to give it the hurry up and this time the fielder clung on. That's the first wicket by a fast bowler in the match

Z Khan c Trott b Anderson 7 (12m 10b 1x4 0x6) SR: 70.00

India 519/8   CA Pujara 204* (381b 21x4)   JM Anderson 25.1-6-74-1
