17.6 to de Villiers, 71.0 mph, another slower cutter, another wicket for Pollard! de Villiers was aiming straight down the ground, but sliced at the ball just a little, putting more height than distance in the shot, and long off barely had to move in taking the catch 122/6

10.4 to Sarwan, 57.2 mph, it's all unravelling now. Sarwan falls! Playing a fraction too early to one held back in the air, smart bowling, gets a leading edge which loops to cover, who dives forward to gobble up the chance 52/5

2.3 to Fletcher, 84.4 mph, Fletcher gone now, that is sad to see. He kept very well but his batting is looking very suspect at this level. Decent ball outside off, flat-footed fence from Fletcher, edged it through to the new keeper, who took a smart catch going quickly to his right 14/1

15.4 to Pollard, McLaren strikes back straight away! Top stuff, yorker length, and squeezes between a swirling bat and a rooted pad and canons into leg stump, that's the game up you feel 88/6

19.2 to Sammy, another wide, outside off, Sammy had wandered down the wicket, De Villiers under-arms the throw back in a flash and the Sammy is run out 120/9

19.5 to Benn, and that is that. Benn connects with a big shot down the ground, can't quite time it well enough, Amla takes an easy chance to finish the game. McLaren has five wickets, which is a rare feat in this format 123/10

17.3 to Miller, gone this time, really massive heave across the line from Miller, but he only manages a top edge and it passes through to De Villiers 99/7

9.3 to Bravo, 57.7 mph, oh dear, that is the end for Bravo, skipped down the wicket and chipped down the throat of long on, never looked like clearing the fielder. Big wicket and South Africa will feel comfortable 48/3

9.6 to Deonarine, 60.0 mph, oh great stuff from De Villiers. Leg-side stumpings always give me a giddy thrill. Fired down the leg side by Botha, a wide in fact, but Deonarine overbalanced as he missed his leg-side flick and De Villiers had the bails off in a flash, very smart work indeed. 50/4
