Bengal's coach WV Raman doesn't look very pleased as last year's Vijay Hazare trophy champions gave away their wickets and were all out with nine overs to spare. Ishant bowled a good spell in his comeback match, picking up four wickets along the way. He lacked the pace, but bowled with a good rhythm and was the most disciplined among the fast bowlers.

Parwinder Awana, ignored for the India A tour to New Zealand, lacked pace while Abhimanyu Mithun stuggled with getting his lines right. He sprayed a number of balls on the leg side for right handers.

Pragyan Ojha got immediate success when he was introduced. He gave the ball plenty of air and bowled it extremely slow, allowing the ball to grip the surface. However, in his second spell, he bowled a number of flat and fast deliveries as Saha started putting pressure on him with his slog sweeps.

Saha took his time to get going and solidly defended the ball in the first half of the innings, but as he started running out of partners, took an aggressive approach, still maintaining to play with assurance. He looked a class apart from the other Bengal batsmen who were guilty of giving their wickets away.

All eyes will be on India A batsmen when the chase begins. It appears to be a modest target for a line-up that includes Badrinath, Rahane, Uthappa, Dhawan, Pandey, Karthik and Yusuf. Chandan will be here to take you through the next half. Thanks.
