Indian Premier League - 69th match

Royal Challengers Bangalore v Chennai Super Kings

Royal Challengers Bangalore won by 8 wickets (with 12 balls remaining)

Gone just a little bit cloudy over the Chinnaswamy. Umpires are walking out to the middle. Here come Hussey and Vijay. Zaheer will start off

Hi there. Welcome to Bangalore v Chennai.

From the preview by Nikita: "If Bangalore lose, they will most likely finish third in the league, and lose the luxury of a second chance at making the final, which the loser of the play-off between No. 1 and 2 will enjoy. Chennai, though, could finish in the top two even if they lose to Bangalore, on the basis of their strong net run-rate."

Mike Hussey: " I am not concentrating on Orange cap. I am focused on winning. There is some grass on it and it might do a little bit early on. We have to assess the pitch and the target after you bat a few overs. We have such a great home support. So it will be nice to come here at opposition's and there is nothing better than beating them at opposition patch."

Dan Vettori: "I saw a surgeon back in New Zealand and had a cortizone injection. It feels allright. Zaheer is back today and that's important to us. The track has always runs in it; it will be a high-scoring game."

MS Dhoni: "The Individuals are standing up and taking responsibitlity. That has been the key. And the fielding. We have just dropped one catch in the last few games. The track looks slightly sticky and will get better as it progresses. Bangalore is always good for batsmen."

Toss Dan Vettori says he will bowl. "Teams have got an eye on the semis as well. We have tried to put a full-strength side. There have been a few changes. If we can keep a team under 180, it will be a good job."

Dhoni: "We just have to stick to the basics. Not think about the opposition and backing yourself when you play the big shots. We have the same side."
