CSK became more stronger!!! MI also looks strong on paper but they NEVER have a proper structure thus can't play the same players for every match as CSK does and makes a mess of 11 always. CSK, MI, RCB and KKR are the strongest 4 teams and rest of the field will struggle like a hell to beat this teams. CSK team: 1. MV, 2. A Srikant?/A Mukund, 3. S Raina, 4. Badri, 5. MSD, 6. A Morkel, 7. R Jadeja, 8.D Bravo, 9. R Ashwin, 10. S Jagati, 11. Doug Bollinger. Hell with this team. 3 seamers, 3 spinners and Bat so deep up to No.8 and even No.9 hav a Test Century. MI team: 1. H Gibbs? 2. Sachin, 3. A Rayadu, 4. Rohit, 5. DK, 6. S Yadav? 7. Pollard, 8. H Singh, 9. Malinga, 10. P Ojha, 11. Mitch? Where they fit Munna, Abu Nachiem? RP Singh? Murtaza Ali? T Pereera? R Pieterson? Franklin!!! RCB mulling b/w Murali, Nannes, Dilshan for the 4th overseas place and how long zak will be fit? KKR wasted in Sunil Narine when they hav I Abdulla and Y Pathan. Baz is a good buy.

Mumbai has amassed a significant number of top players. They are so good that their second Xi could be better than some other IPL teams. Tissara PERERA was an excellent buy. He could be Mumbai's Albie Morkel - someone who can open the bowling and bowl at the death as well as strike some devastating blows at the death. MUMBAI has always had a great team on paper but their problem has to be captaincy. I don't think TENDULKAR is neither a good man-manager and I don't think he is a good tactician. Mitchell JOHNSON, OTOH, is not necessarily great a buy. He is an unpredictable bowler and may leak a lot of runs. I am not sure if he will be ready to play this year's IPL and even if he does, he will be coming back after a long absence so he is indeed a RISKY buy for many reasons.

india should patch relations with Pakistan and include them for ipl and play test cricket with them. the likes of ajmal, gul, rehman afridi, razzaq, hafeez, rana naveed, misbah are all good players and have good knowledge in playing in subcontinental conditions unlike other foreign players and will make good additions to the ipl

Number of foreign players gonna turn headache for final team selection . How would KKR choose in between McCullum/kallis/Tendo/Shakib/lee and even haddin and patinson ? Warner , Mahela , KP , Finch , Birt , Mathew wade , Ingram , Van der merwe , Morkel , Russel...DD's foreign player line up looks fab but question is how they are gonna select 4 of them in playin 11 ? same ques. rises for MI with Malinga -gibbs-Mitch-Pollard-Symmo-Franklin-parera and even Jacobs and blizzard in lineup .RCbs gonna have tough time choosing in between Murali-Nannes-Dilshan and lookin at the craze they hav for hard hitters they would prefer dilshan . Plus both Zak and Vinay bein there in team means Arvind wont be havin much chance despite of being RCBs top wkt taker in 2011

The 2012 IPL aucton should be re-named as "Cash for Clunkers." (I refer to Obama's kick-start program for the economy which relies on trading in emission-busting and gas-guzzling old cars for new ones) As that one is taken, it would be better to call it the "Rupees for Rubbish" auction. I mean, seriously, except for a few, the rest are being over-paid and are under-achieving. The contrast between the best performng unsold player and the best sold player is so stark, and the chasm is so deep & wide, that they might as well have held a "Dutch Auction" for the sold players. (It means that they bid the price of players down instead of up, and the lowest bidder colludes with the others to unanimously not buy the item, and share the spoils once it is discarded as a non-saleable item.)I think there is a deep-seated grudge by auction participants (as they are Indian captains of industry) against players of certain countries's players, who so happen to be the best. But talent shall will out !
