Indian Premier League - 21st match

Royal Challengers Bangalore v Delhi Daredevils

Match tied (Royal Challengers Bangalore won the one-over eliminator)

Rampaul will run in with the new ball, to Warner and Sehwag

Virat Kohli wins the toss and RCB will bowl

Mahela Jayawardene says he would have batted as well. Nehra is back, and Rohrer is in. They replace Kaul and Botha

RCB have brought in McDonald for Christian and Unadkat for Murali Kartik. KL Rahul replaces the injured Mayank Agarwal. And all this means RP Singh keeps his place

DisappointedCommentsWriter: "Is anyone fancying a Sehwag discount ticket sale? (if you know what I mean)"

James: "Playing RCB is actually quite straightforward. Knock over the top 4 cheaply, and you win. Fail and you lose. Straightforward, but not easy!"

Gaurav Maru: "@Biju: By this logic, DD seems to play all matches at WACA :P"

Biju Joseph Jacob: "RCB playing 4 pacers?? are we playing at the WACA in Perth?"

Vivek Bhandari: "Good thing for RCB is that they've 6 full bowlers and 4 proven power hitters; very significant combination in this format"

Top of the table last year. Scraping the bottom, so far this year. Delhi Daredevils will find it tough to explain where it has all gone wrong - barring Pietersen, they've fielded the same squad they did last year.

There's one difference though - Virender Sehwag is yet to really get going this time. He was fantastic last year. Our preview says expectations from Sehwag will be high on Tuesday.

For someone who plays the way he does, Sehwag hasn't really set the field alight in T20s, leaving out his IPL exploits. As far as T20 pedigree goes, Chris Gayle is the Bradman of the format. He has 10 T20 tons, which is double what his nearest competitors - David Warner and Brendon McCullum - have. More in today's Ask Steven.

Gayle and Warner will both be in action in this match. If you still haven't picked them in your Fantasy XI, do it before 4 PM IST. There are daily prizes on offer for the best team of the day. Think Delhi can pull the rug from under Bangalore's feet? Play our T20 predictor game.

Some more reading while you wait for the toss - an interesting Kamran Akmal interview.

Question: "Do you count how many catches you've dropped?"
Kamran Akmal's answer: "The media does. They love doing it. [Laughs]"

Enjoy the game!

Top start from Rampaul. Here's one who did not end well last time, RP Singh

1.1

Singh to Warner, 1 wide, away swinger wide outside off, Warner goes hard at it, but it is too far away

1.1

Singh to Warner, 1 run, outswinger from a good length again, Warner can't get any timing as he moves across, takes the run to extra cover with an awkward swat

1.2

Singh to Sehwag, FOUR, that'll be four, McDonald gives up pretty early from short fine leg, pitching outside leg and moving down the pads, Sehwag tickles behind square

1.3

Singh to Sehwag, 1 run, run out chance missed, Sehwag guided a length ball behind point, Rahul had a straightforward pick up, Warner was two-thirds of the way up the pitch, but Rahul fumbled, the ball rolled away, and a single was given away as well

1.4

Singh to Warner, no run, big attempted drive but he misses the good length outswinger

1.5

Singh to Warner, FOUR, now he waits, width again from RP, and Warner calmly eases it past covers

1.6

Singh to Warner, FOUR, this will go as well, Warner does not hold back this time, and a length ball disappears to the deep cover rope

RP seems to be in the CSK game mode still

Ram: ""Here's one who did not end well last time, RP Singh" he is doing it again"

RP's given way to Unadkat, can't be worse surely

3.3

Unadkat to Sehwag, no run, almost popped back to the bowler, it was slower from short of a length, Sehwag across to turn it to leg, ended up stabbing it down the pitch

3.4
