Kevin Roberts is a right handed opening batsman who has shown a lot of promise for NSW.

1996-97 will see "Robbo" push for a steady Blues cap.

With six first-class fifties and no centuries (as at 4.12.96), Roberts needs to add the ability to go on and make big hundreds.

Roberts believes that the Bankstown Oval is the best in Sydney, with its quick wicket and outfield. He has been very successful there, scoring eight centuries.

Roberts aspires to one day captain NSW.

Apart from cricket, Roberts works as a sales representative for Asics Tiger, and has an Economics degree from Macquarie University.

He enjoys social golf and indoor soccer.
