Indian Premier League - 14th match

Royal Challengers Bangalore v Delhi Daredevils

Delhi Daredevils won by 6 wickets (with 4 balls remaining)

So Kallis is opening the batting with Uthappa. Dirk Nannes has the ball.

12.24: Play will begin very soon. It's quite overcast at Port Elizabeth but no reason to panic. The rain has stayed away. In the meantime the White Mischief Gals keep the crowd entertained.

Check out Cricinfo's Page 2 content on our WAP site. Check out The CV, Daily Dose, Hear Hear, Wack Stat and EyePL.

12.10: We have another 20 minutes left for ball 1 and if you haven't read the preview yet, here it is.

It's about time Glenn McGrath gets game, but unfortunately he sits out today as well. Looks like Delhi have decided to give Nannes an extended run.

Uthappa will be under pressure to score some runs, as will Pietersen. He has to make use of this opportunity to justify that heavy price tag. He seems to be in a tearing hurry to get going and that has led to his downfall. It wouldn't hurt if he played the anchor role like Tendulkar did in the opening game of the tournament.

Back to Uthappa, he won't be keeping today so that will allow him to focus on his batting alone.

Toss Pietersen has won the toss and Bangalore will bat first. The team news from Bangalore is that Mark Boucher is keeping wicket.

Team news: Boucher aside, KP Appanna and B Akhil are the two other inclusions. Dravid has returned home for the birth of his second child. Uthappa keeps his place and Jesse Ryder, for some reason, isn't playing today. Praveen Kumar sits out as well, and I'm guessing it's because of the ankle he sprained against Punjab.

For Delhi, Mithun Manhas and Amit Mishra get a game and those dropped are Aavishkar Salvi and Manoj Tiwary.

Delhi: 1 Gautam Gambhir, 2 Virender Sehwag (capt), 3 AB de Villiers, 4 Tillakaratne Dilshan, 5 Dinesh Karthik (wk), 6 Mithun Manhas, 7 Daniel Vettori, 8 Dirk Nannes, 9 Amit Mishra 10 Pradeep Sangwan, 11 Ashish Nehra.

11.30: Good day to you all and welcome to Cricinfo's coverage of the 14th match of the IPL, between Bangalore Royal Challengers and Delhi Daredevils. The caravan heads back to Port Elizabeth and the weather is just fine.

First thing's first, it's the Boundary Meter contest and if you haven't got yourself an iPod shuffle here's your chance. Predict the exact number of 4s and 6s for the day. Just give a ball-park figure. You might get lucky. Good luck!

Have you joined the IPL fantasy league yet? It's loads of fun. There are two versions of this for the IPL (Salary cap and Pick 'em). Check it out.

11.50: The toss is in another 10 minutes.
