Led by Richard Okia's five-wicket haul, Uganda completed a four-run victory over Kenya A in a friendly match the Sir Ali Muslim Club. Uganda's innings was held together by Kenneth Kamyuka's 44 and the Kenyans couldn't quite match their effort.

Uganda, along with Tanzania, arrived on Tuesday to take part in warm-up matches head of the World Cricket League which starts on Monday. The Kenyan A team players are trying to force their way into the reckoning for the final World Cup squad for the Caribbean.

Jadavji Jesani top-scored with 67 and shared a seventh-wicket stand of 73 with Rajesh Bhudia but there was just too much to do as Lameck Onyango chipped in with four wickets.

However, Kenya had enjoyed a better outing on Thursday as they beat Tanzania by 108 runs at the Parklands Sports Club. Batting first they set target of 239 thanks to Jesani's 70 while Rakeb Patel and Timothy Muange hit 42 each.

In reply Tanzania could only manage a paltry 137 as Benjamin Mwita top-scored with 33 runs.
