A century from Jacques Rudolph and a blistering 45-ball 98 from Dean Elgar sent Titans on their way to a 21-run win over Knights in Kimberley. Titans' top order vindicated their decision to bat first, with Rudolph putting on 77 with his opening partner Henry Davids (51) and 90 with Theunis de Bruyn (46). Rudolph then added 101 for the third wicket with Elgar off just 68 balls before he was run out for a 135-ball 119. He had struck 11 fours and a six. Elgar provided the innings an explosive finish, with the fourth-wicket pair adding 62 off the last 26 balls of the innings, David Wiese contributing nine runs to the partnership. Elgar was out off the last ball of the innings, having struck nine fours and six sixes in his innings.

Chasing 331, Knights stayed in contention thanks to opener Reeza Hendricks' 54-ball 77, before they lost three wickets for 15 runs to slump to 135 for 4. Obus Pienaar and Michael Erlank revived the chase with a 76-run fifth-wicket stand that left Knights needing 120 off 84 balls when it ended. The lower order made a decent fist of it, with Shadley van Schalkwyk and Dillon du Preez making quickfire 20s, but it didn't quite prove enough, as Knights were bowled out with one over still remaining.
