USA and Canada post easy wins

Canada will now play against the USA on Friday, a crucial game for both teams

Canada and the USA won their games to remain unbeaten at the ICC Americas Region Under-19 Championship in Toronto.
Canada defeated Argentina by 269 runs with Hiral Patel continuing his fine form, scoring his third half-century. Canada's captain Rustum Bhatti top scored with 65, and allrounder Nitesh Kumar contributed 61 in a total of 344 for 9 in 50 overs. Argentina could only muster 76 in reply.
Cayman Islands recorded their first victory of the tournament when they beat the Bahamas by eight wickets. Dale Parker was the top wicket taker for the Cayman with three wickets as his side eased past the target of 76 in the 22nd over.
In another game, the USA scored 230 batting first against Bermuda with Ryan Corns (63), Azurdeen Mohammed (60) and Shiva Vashishat (35) chipping in. USA were 193 for 4 at one stage but lost wickets regularly to finish with a modest total. In reply, Bermuda were on course at 128 for 3, but lost seven wickets for 31 runs to be bowled out for 169 , sixty one runs short of the target.
USA and Canada meet on Friday in a game that is vital for both teams.
Thursday is a rest day. Bahamas meet Bermuda while the Cayman Islands face Argentina in the other games on Friday.
