I guess they are talking about Shoaib Akhtar, the car clocked slower than he does, which means that if it is Akhtar that could relate to him bowling at 90mph and driving at a much lower speed, but he's still in trouble because Shoaib Akhtar and controversies go hand in hand.
I agree though, its not the best work I've seen.
