Russel Arnold is the best commentator Sri Lanka got on their side... Nowadays around the world commentators just talking about their teams and for long we hadn't someone to be on our side after the great Tony Greg... For a example if we hadn't Russel Arnold, first two days we may just hear how good pakistanis are and next three days how bad pakistanis are but not about anything about Sri Lanka...But Russel Speaks about both teams, the things our team do wrong and shows his natural happiness when Sri Lanka wins...Nice to see one of our own there...Thank you RA...Keep on...

@Anura Malaweera : Yes, mate. Chaminda Vaas was criticizing our young fastbowlers severely, around two months ago. He said they don't want to learn, and some of them don't even have the killer instinct a pacey must have. So, I think, it's a big win for Sri Lankan team to have Chaminda Vaas as their bowling coach. And sarcastically, credit should go to New Zealanders, because they were the first to choose Vaas as their temporary bowling assistant coach. And then only, our board hired Vaas. Great to see this. I hope they travel to Aussie conditions and English conditions as much as possible, because it's a weak point we have, both when batting and bowling. Further, in nearby future, Rangana will leave, and should have at least one good spinner in the calibre of Rangana and Murali. My money is with Akila Dhananjaya :P

Should really mention Chaminda Vass here... Seems he's drilled some his impeccable discipline he has on the youngsters! But still early days....

Can't hear! I had to put on headphones and increase the volume to the max. However, a very good analysis by Russel I would say.

Russel Arnold belongs to the same group with the likes of Holding etc. Russel never gives Sri Lankan boys any credit. He likes to live in the glory when our boys do exceptionally well. What is required of yester year cricketers like RA is recognition, support and appreciation of our youngsters. I know and I do look after the boys in UK when they come over. Commentators should be neutral and unbiased. When you listen to RA, Ramesh Raja and Waqar Younis it just grinds. They are all for Pakistan and RA is not for Sri Lanka.
