Sindh Knights were unable to get the 12 runs off the final over which would've given them their first win of the season, as Baluchistan Warriors hung on for an eight-run victory in Karachi. Warriors, having been inserted, lost Bismillah Khan in the first over of their innings, but the Warriors' captain Azhar Ali put up 50-plus stands with Sami Aslam (48), Sohaib Maqsood (33) and Ayaz Tasawwar (30) for the second, third and sixth wickets to power the team to 249. While no other batsman was able to strike a fifty, Azhar muscled 10 fours to make 117, his eight List-A hundred. Fast bowler Sohail Khan was the pick Knights' bowlers, fetching 6 for 46.

Asad Shafiq led Knights' reply with a century of his own, 100 off 106 balls, as he and Faisal Iqbal (50) guided the team to 146 for 2 by the 37th over following an early burst from Rahat Ali (4 for 49). However, Knights lost their way following Faisal's dismissal, as they lost seven wickets for 92 runs. While Shafiq stuck around till the 45th over, his partners at the other end failed to stay long enough to ease the required rate, meaning that the tailenders needed to hit Zia-ul-Haq for 12 runs to secure the win. Zia, though, got two wickets with his first two deliveries of the over, and Knights could manage only three runs from the next four balls, keeping them winless in the tournament.
