Scorecard
The New Zealand attack bowled only 55 overs on the final day of their warm-up match against Pakistan A, taking only two wickets as the game ended in a draw.
Pakistan A began the third day on 13 for 1, trailing by 16 in the first innings. Their top order wiped out the deficit without much trouble and all of the batsmen got starts to build a steady platform.
Doug Bracewell and Mark Craig were the only wicket-takers for the visitors on the final day as Pakistan A finished on 153 for 3.
New Zealand fast bowler Neil Wagner said the warm-up game had allowed the side to look at their depth.
"Corey [Anderson] showed a lot of good stuff with the bat. It's always tough in a warm-up game because you are trying a few things and testing a few methods," he said. "But obviously a lot of positives, with Ish [Sodhi] getting his five-for and the spinners doing really well. Obviously a real plus for us seeing all our boys doing really well. So it just shows the depth in the camp at the moment and that's really good to see."
The first Test against Pakistan begins on November 9.
