So we now move to Barbados for the third Test, with all to play for. Thanks for your comments and feedback. Ciao ciao.

"I thought we were pretty good for most of the Test match but that first innings, getting out for 220-odd was not good," says Brendon McCullum. "West indies deserved to win. We were 160 for 3 and we were in a very good position then, we could have gone on to record 400, but there were no partnerships. Credit to West Indies for coming back after we had them back for the first two sessions of the Test. We will cop that on the chin, we were second best, but we need to make sure we come back strongly in the next Test."

"It was a fantastic win. The conditions were tough for the bowlers," says Denesh Ramdin. "The pitch was placid, it was one in which you had to keep working well. Sulieman Benn put on a marathon spell. We were a bit lazy in the field. We hope we don't take it lightly against the lower order next time. Hopefully we can get a good pitch in Barbados, where batsmen can score runs and fast bowlers can take wickets. "

Kragg Brathwaite is the Man of the Match for his maiden Test century. He says, "I was looking forward to it (to the hundred). I have been doing a lot of work, especially against spin. I put in a lot of hard work, stayed positive and it worked well. It was not easy (staying away from the team)."

2.43 pm West Indies looked set to win this by an innings, were made to stretch, but they have still managed the next best thing - they win this by 10 wickets. There was a lengthy break before the innings started and West Indies might have had their eyes up towards the skies - it looked like the world was conspiring against them - but Gayle was not letting this one go and used his T20 avatar to bring the match to a quick finish. Take out New Zealand's fight over the last 24 hours, courtesy of BJ Watling and Mark Craig, and there was not much West Indies did wrong. They restricted New Zealand to a below avergae total in the first innings, took a massive lead with Kraigg Brathwaite and Darren Bravo scoring hundreds, then toiling hard over two days - that last bit just made it sweeter. West Indies go to Barbados 1-1 in the series.

Bharath Seervi: "Last time West Indies won a test by 10 wickets against top 8 teams (except Ban & Zim) was vs India at Bridgetown in May 2002."

Don: "Best T20 innings by Gayle so far this year."

ramaKnian: "So since Dujon and Fazeer didn't finish the joke, here is the next installment: Tethered on the boundary is a small boat. So Gavaskar, Boycott, Holding and Roberts went to check out the boat. Guess what they found? A brand new cricket bat ( a big bat at that), two sets of stumps, two sets of pads, two set of gloves, and a brand new shiny red cricket ball ..... And a note. The note reads: Boat can only carry two passengers at most or it will sink with more. This boat can only go as far as the next island 25 miles away. And look out for the two man eating sharks that haven't eaten for a more than a week. Soon as they finished reading the note they heard the commotion of the shark approaching them. These shark so hungry that they jumping in the air and biting breeze. All four of them dashed out of the water and headed towards the middle of the pitch. Again, tell Dujon and Fazeer to finish the joke."
