New Zealand 80/10(15.5 overs)
45 (34)
4/14 (2.5)

Afridi finishes with 4 for 14, but the star was undoubtedly Abdul Razzaq, who hammered 34 off 11 deliveries before taking three top-order wickets for 13.

Here's the largest margins of victory in T20s. On Twitter, Iain O'Brien sums up the match from New Zealand's perspective in one word 'Ouch'.

Post-match presentation:

Taylor: "Pakistan batted very well and put up a competitive score, and when your top four batters get out for ducks it was very difficult. The total was chase-able but they bowled very well, Razzaq and Afridi were outstanding. Every team around the world has a fast bowler, Milne is young and has learnt a lot this week. Bit disappointing to lose the momentum we had built up."

Afridi: "At least on my way home, I will be happy. It will be a good journey. The openers gave a great start, Razzaq is the match-winner, in the past several games, when we thought we wouldn't win he has won it for us. This is the talent of Pakistan, we have to build a good unit for the World Cup. I know we lost the series, but this win will help us in the Tests also."

Razzaq is the Man of the Match: "I love the tracks in New Zealand and Australia. It was disappointing to lose the series, but everyone played well today in our side to win the match."

Whoah, that was a dominant performance from Pakistan. What does one make of New Zealand's form, so clinical on one day before caving in abjectly today. The first Test starts on Jan 7, join us then. Till then, this is Siddarth Ravindran and Abhishek Purohit saying bye.
