Awais: "Finally Pakistan draw this match and i won this bet" What bet? I am looking for the guy who promised an iPod for me.

Misbah: "it was a team effort. Everyone chipped in. One thing we have lacked in past two-three years is consistency, we tried to perform consistently this time around, and that is why we have got this result. It's really a good boost for the upcoming series. I think Azhar played really well right from his debut in England. Everyone played well, this is a good sign for Pakistan cricket. Six wickets on your debut is a terrific performance from Tanvir. Rehman is an experienced cricketer, and he stepped up when required. Conditions will be difficult in New Zealand, but we will look to perform well there."

Kallis: "Been a frustrating two Tests. We bowled in the right areas though. We have got a big series coming up against India, and should get favourable results. Smith will take about three-four weeks to recover. This has been an important series for us at the start of the Test season. We are looking forward to facing India. Thanks to all spectators and to the Pakistan team."

Kallis and Misbah share the series trophy

AB: "Lot of credit goes to Smith for letting me get to the record. I do enjoy batting in sub-continent conditions. Kallis has helped me a lot, and i have worked hard."

Jacques Kallis is the Man of the Series. AB de Villers is the Man of the Match.

Kepler Wessels on air tells Mike Haysman that a draw is as good as a win for Pakistan.

Sami Saayer: "lots of positives for pakistan from this test series. azhar ali's temperament, asad shafiq's bright future, younis's return, tanvir as a new bowling option and misbah as a captain option."

It was Younis Khan and Misbah who saved Pakistan in the first Test, and this time Misbah found an able ally in young Azhar Ali, who has really impressed. The declaration came late from South Africa, but the pitch also played well for the batsmen right through to the end. Hang around for the presentation.

Kallis looks towards the dressing room, and then nods his head. Walks across to Misbah to shake hands, and they agree to call it off. So Pakistan have battled hard in both games to earn well-deserved draws. the players shake hands all around.
