4.2 there's the breakthrough, and that's the end of a nervy innings from the skipper. He was never allowed to settle, and in the end it was a full-length delivery that grazed the edge through to the keeper. Good tight bowling from Taylor, who really should have had that breakthrough in his last over 8/1
9.3 oh that's horrible. A rank long-hop - the first short ball of the day - and Cook flaps his attempted pull straight to mid-on! 31/2
25.5 and he's got him! A fine, quicker ball from Gayle to which Bell tries to defend, and it takes a thick outside edge which flies low into the hands of first slip - an excellent, smart catch by Smith 71/3
66.4 oh dear oh dear oh dear. It was an ungainly way to go, but Gayle kept his field in place and Pietersen's glory shot turned into an horrific spiralling top-edge. Ramdin called for it well, and claimed the catch! 180/5
42.3 oh dear, that's absolutely plumb! An aberration from Collingwood, who attempts to sweep one that is far too full for the shot, and there's no point wasting a review on that one 94/4
90.3 short, tight to the body, and cut straight to point! Oh dear, Flintoff doesn't add to his overnight score, and that is a disappointing way to end what has been a gritty innings. The ball just sat up and begged to be hit, but Freddie chose the wrong stroke and paid the price 241/6
104.3 great catch by Benn! Prior lost patience, skipping down the pitch and attempting to smack him over the top but he couldn't get the elevation. The ball shot to Benn's left, at midriff-height, and he snaffled it smartly and comfortably with two hands 288/8
95.3 whoops, there goes another one, and an unfulfilled Broad innings comes to an end. Full length, probing off stump and demanding a stroke, Broad tried to drive out of trouble but instead shovelled a fat edge to gully 256/7

121.1 well, well, here's an interesting one, full and straight, Harmison is pinned on the crease by a ball angled towards the leg stump, Rudi Koertzen's finger goes up, but Harmison immediately appeals! The referral doesn't allow for the full HawkEye replay, so there's still a bit of guesswork to be done. And in the end, the umpires stick together, and Harmison is on his way! 313/9
122.2 another referral! And yet again, the umpire is vindicated as replays show that the ball would have clipped leg stump. More sharp turn, Panesar attempts to work off his legs, but fails. And that is the end of that 318/10

77.3 and he's got him! The variable bounce has done it for Broad, at last pitching one in line with the stumps. Gayle tried to cut it but it kept low and the ball edged onto his off-stump 220/2
5.6 massive appeal, not out is the call from Tony Hill, but Strauss wants a second look. Smith completely lost that yorker, and the naked eye suggested it pitched outside leg. But the replays disagree, and that's the first successful referral in English Test history! 18/1

91.2 there's the breakthrough! Outside off stump, Sarwan had a swish through the off side but there was just enough movement off the pitch to take an inside-edge onto the stumps. That is a very valuable wicket indeed, but the end of a cracking innings 235/4
77.5 got him this time! An almost identical delivery to the last close shout, it cut back on Marshall and was fuller this time, rapping him in front of middle-and-leg 220/3
105.4 this cuts back into Chanderpaul at pace and a huge appeal goes up. Up goes the finger - will there be another review? Yes there will! Chanderpaul's asked for it and after a short delay, which showed no doubt in Hill's initial decision, the finger goes up for the second time 254/5
150.6 Broad has five! And well done him. Nash felt obliged to have a dart off the last ball of the over, it outside off but not quite there for the drive, and a thin nick ends up in Prior's gloves 376/9
131.4 superb catch by Collingwood, and Panesar has a wicket! Well bowled - classical left-armer's dismissal, luring the right-hander into a drive and he edged it to Collingwood's left, at slip, who took a smart and efficient catch 320/6
140.1 Harmison finds one to swing back into Taylor who, perhaps expecting it to swing away, shoulders arms and is rapped on the back pad in front of the off stump. Clever bowling from Harmison and that's a really useful late wicket for England 341/7
148.6 there's the breakthrough, outside off and driven in the air, off a thick edge and looping comfortably to point. Cook had all the time in the world to prepare for that one, but the end of an excellent innings from Benn 371/8
157.4 a bouncer down the leg side which Powell tries to hook, and Prior gathers it smartly to his left. Up goes the finger of Tony Hill but, predictably, Powell's called for a referral! Replays suggest he didn't make contact, quite conclusive from our eyes - but the third umpire has adjudicated that he did hit the ball, and Hill's finger goes up for a second time. Well, I'm afraid this is a bit of a farcical way to end the innings 392/10

16.2 that's what happens when you can't get the board moving! A beautiful line across the left-hander, demanding a response, and the thinnest of grazes flies through to Ramdin! 20/4
2.1 got him! No, dropped him - has he? He's taken it at the second attempt! An excellent, probing delivery by Taylor to which Cook drives loosely at, the ball flying low to Devon Smith at second slip. He scooped it, shelled it, and crouched forward to take it at the second attempt 1/1
9.4 got him! Benn's done it for West Indies! A bit too wide to be playing the cut, particularly with silly point in place - and especially as lunch was only two balls away. Bell went back, the ball took the inside edge of his cut-stroke and Ramdin took a fine catch 11/2
10.1 absolutely stunning delivery! Full, fast, straight, late outswing, and Pietersen's off stump cartwheels into the middle distance! 12/3
18.1 good grief, what's happened there? Collingwood doesn't have a clue, he's haring up and down the pitch, running two runs for an inside-edge. But, and it's a rather monstrous but, that inside-edge has flicked his leg stump! The tell-tale bail is sat grinning on the ground, and England are in absolute, total, and unbelievably comprehensive disarray! 23/5
32.3 BOWLED HIM! Well, you have to say it was almost inevitable. Flintoff was lining himself up to carve Edwards either inside out over point, or over midwicket. He tried to go over midwicket and was bowled by a decent, fast, full delivery 51/9
18.5 five for Taylor, in the blink of an eye! A beautiful slower-ball offcutter, pings through the gate, and well blow me down, this could be over tonight! 23/6
19.6 gone! Un-be-lievable! Slightly back of a length, turning off the track, met with a full face, and clipped straight into Xavier Marshall's hands at short leg! 26/7
31.5 Sidebottom is rapped on the pads and up goes Rudi's finger. But Sidebottom is referring it. Now then. Daryl Harper will have to find a specific error with the on-field umpire's original (out) decision, and replays are indicating that it would've gone onto hit the stumps. After a short delay, Rudi raises his finger for the second time and Sidebottom is furious... 50/8
33.2 bowled him! He went for a sweep and dragged it on - and West Indies record a quite brilliant victory 51/10
