India won the toss, and were boosted by Gautam Gambhir's second ODI hundred. No other batsmen crossed 50 - Rahul Dravid's unbeaten 42 was the next best - but it was more than enough to take an unassailable 2-0 series lead. Bangladesh never looked in the hunt, losing wickets at regular intervals. Aftab Ahmed flashed around for a brisk 40, but the way Habibul Bashar plodded around for an 88-ball 43, you could see the attitude of this side. Mashrafe Mortaza decided to have some fun, slamming Dinesh Mongia for four consecutive sixes in his 42 from 22 balls, but India coasted to a 46-run victory.
A series win that will undoubtedly do India some good given all the mess thats surrounded them in recent time.
