2.4 two in the over! This one lands on a back of a length outside off stump and swings in alot, Tharanga is rooted and late on the shot, the ball hits him on the pad and looked to be hitting leg stump, and the umpire shoots up the dreaded finger, looked very close, as the replays suggest 5/2
2.1 Ganguly takes a blinder! Zaheer bangs one in short, a surprise bouncer, Jayasuriya is taken in by it and pulls awkwardly, getting under it too much, and the ball balloons up in the air over square leg, but Ganguly's after it, dives and judges it to perfection, grabbing it as he dives and as it dips on him, and holds onto a superb catch 5/1
23.5 Got him! Harbhajan traps Mahela! Caught in his crease. Lands on a length, outside off, Mahela is neither forward nor back, he just shuffles across and tries to turn the delivery to the on side but doesn't make contact. The ball thuds into the pad, slightly outside the off stump, and is given out. The impact was slightly outside off and hence it has to be said Mahela is touch unlucky. 91/5
4.2 he's bowled him! This one pitched on a shorter length outside off stump and came in a tad, but stayed very low, Sangakkara is late on the shot and ends up bottom-edging onto the base of off stump 6/3
22.1 If Dada can take a beauty, Sachin can come up with his own special! Atapattu is touch early into his drive, sends a length-delivery on middle stump line in the air to the right of midwicket where Tendulkar is fielding. Gravity was sucking the ball to the ground when Tendulkar intervened. He dived to his right and got his palms under that. 82/4
41.5 gone! smart catch from Dhoni! Landed on a length, just outside the off stump and goes on straight. But importantly, there was extra bounce and that does Dilshan in. He shaped to cut and got a top-edge and Dhoni adjusted his hands quickly and snaffled it. Important break through for India. Wrong time to lose a wicket for SL. 180/6

44.3 Wow! What a atheletic effort from Agarkar. Another yorker, on the leg stump line, Maharoof takes out his left leg from the line, shovels it towards wide mid-on where Agarkar rushes in and dives to his front to take it inches off the ground. Indians are diving everywhere today. First Ganguly, then Tendulkar and now Ajithe! 196/7
46.1 Zaheer gets his fiver. His best ODI figures. Ever. With more than little bit of help from Umpire Saheba. It landed clearly outside the leg stump and moved across to trap him in front. But it should not have been given out. 204/8

21.6 He got Tendulkar in the last game, he nails Ganguly this time. Tossed up on the middle and off stump, Ganguly, two short of fifty, goes for a sweep shot. No contact and the ball thuds into the front pad, right in front of middle. Dead duck. What a moment for the youngster Bandara! 94/4
1.6 and he gets him with a lifter! Bounced him, Sehwag stands rooted, waiting for the drive, and is so surprised that he hangs the bat out and the result is a thick edge off the handle that Dilshan, running in a few paces from point, picks up with little trouble 20/1
4.6 bowled! This one was quicker, on a good length, and Tendulkar is once again beaten by the lack of footwork and drags it back onto his stumps, via bat and then pad, and Kulasekara is ecstatic! 35/2
16.3 What a tame way to go! The ball stopped on Yuvraj and that did him in. Angled from round the stumps, on middle and leg, Yuvraj tried to turn it to the on side and is surprised as the ball holds up a touch and he gets a leading edge and presents a dolly to mid on. Big breakthrough for SL 83/3
45.1 Bandara does in Dravid with a clever bit of work. Dhoni smashed a fullish delivery, along the ground, back to Bandara who stretched his right hand out, angled his right palm and deflected it towards the sticks and Dravid is caught short of the crease. Dravid is furious with himself, bangs his bat into the ground and charges out of the arena, muttering to himself. 227/5
