9.24pm That's all from us for this ODI. On behalf of Akshay Gopalakrishnan and Venkat Raghav, this is Saurabh Somani signing off. Do join us for the series-deciding third ODI.

9.17 pm Mashrafe Mortaza: "It was a 50-50 match at the end, but we couldn't hold the pressure. There's a match left, so hopefully we'll come back. (On the last few overs of their batting) We lost a lot of wickets when set in the middle and then Shakib, Mahmudullah got out. Dropping some catches was also costly. Credit goes to him (Shai Hope) he batted really well. He held his nerve and finished it nicely. Our batting was alright till about 20-25 overs. Bowling we started very well. This was a better pitch than last time. Still it was a good fight.

No surprise at all that Shai Hope is the Man of the Match. "Not jsut yet (on top of the world). Still 1-1 in the series, but very pleased. I backed myself and knew that as long as I batted till the end, we'd get a victory. I asked Keemo to bat as deep as he possibly could. It wasn't the easiest wicket to come in on and strike the ball.

Rovman Powell: "I think the guys did a fantastic job. At the interval we'd take 250 on this wicket. The bowling department has always done well. We didn't start well as we wanted, but we pulled it back in the death overs. The start is something we're looking to improve. We have a chance now to win the series. Shai played a blinder of an innings. It goes to show that if the batsmen stand up, they can get big scores.

Hope is being hugged and greeted by every West Indies member. It's been an incredible innings. His partners were often too slow, but he just carried on, and on, and on. Found the fence everytime it was needed. Never let the pressure consume him. Then took on Mustafizur in a key penultimate over which tipped the balance West Indies' way. Stick around for the presentations, there promises to be interesting things that will be said.

Mahmudullah to Paul, 2 runs, too short again, and pulled away again, and they run a hard two. West Indies have won Magnificent, magnificent knock by Shai Hope. It's the first win for West Indies on tour after two bad defeats in the Tests and one thrashing in the first ODI. But they have now levelled the series and there is all to play for in the last ODI.

2 needed off 3.

Mahmudullah to Hope, 1 run, too short again, Hope stays low and swivel-pulls to deep square leg

Manj: "Nobody noticed the partnership crossed 50. "

Mahmudullah to Paul, 1 run, too short again, and pulled. In the air but bounces well in front of deep midwicket
Mahmudullah to Paul, 2 runs, too short, and he stays back to swat it to deep midwicket. The boundary is long enough for them to run two. Good running, but it also means Paul stays on strike

Six needed off the final over. Both of Hope's previous two centuries came in ties. The ball has been given to Mahmudullah. They aren't going with Rubel then
