7.00pm A chase led by Jason Roy and some handy cameos from various quarters lead Lahore Qalandars to their first win of the tournament. After the first two overs, in which Lahore plundered 36, Islamabad were always behind the game. In the end, they had at least 20 runs short and the Qalandars cruised home. That's not all for Saturday, another game coming from Dubai. We'll be back for that too.

Presentation time.

Jason Roy is the Man of the Match: "Yesterday a gutting loss but an outstanding turnaround. A different innings today, felt like I had to bat through. Could have been a lot closer than it was."

Misbah-ul-Haq: "We were 20-25 runs short, was a 180 pitch. We couldn't settle down. All about momentum, once they got so many runs in the first two overs, they had momentum. The pitch was offering nothing to spinners, it was coming on nicely. I'm happy I scored some runs, has been a horrible last couple of months."

Brendon McCullum: "Today we improved. Rained a bit, the wicket skidded on. Today we kept them 20 under par, and we chased it comfortably. Some of our bugger guys stood up. Trying to bring out a consistent role and try to take out the variables. A line in the sand for us."

Raees to Narine, FOUR runs

that's the game. Narine's superb cameo seals the win. A tad short there was Raees on the pad, Narine stands tall and pulls in the gap behind square for four. A clinical chase. Islamabad were simply outplayed and outclassed in this game.

Ajmal to Elliott, OUT

still in it are Islamabad. Flat delivery outside off, Elliott sweeps but gets a top edge which is easily taken by deep backward square leg. Always a risk playing with a cross bat to Ajmal because of the number of revs he imparts.
