Presentation time Sharma, who almost pulled off a great escape second time in a row, takes the award for most sixes.

Gilchrist: Lightning doesn't strike twice, but it almost did. Bit of a big ask of him [Sharma] to do it twice in a row. I take a lot of responsibility for starting the slide. i certainly didn't need to take the risk when I did."

Yuvraj, Man of the Match too, for his hat-trick: What can I say? I think I should start bowling rather than batting. The last tijme I got the hat-trick we lost, so better to win it now. Everybody hung in, we knew we would be out if we lost.

Superb match. Do switch over to the other match, starting in minutes. Okay bye

*

What a match, hours after we saw a thriller last night. Sharma almost pulled off another hopeless one. But Pathan held his nerve. What frenetic action in the last 10 overs.

Lots of feedback about the stumping of Symonds: to clarify, as I did earlier too, if just one bail is dislodged, the stumping can be completing by dislodging the second ball. Sorry couldn't reply to all that earlier.

*

Pathan: "I was pretty happy I was given the last bowler. I was hit for one four, but that happens. I knew he [Sharma] was waiting for the yorker next ball, but I tried a different kind of slower ball."

Pathan to Harris, 2 runs

Punjab have won this. Fulltoss on off stump, Harris crashes it through the off side, Lee fields at sweeper-cover, there is a fumble that allows them the second. Jaskaran Singh wants the third, but Harris is so disappointed he is not even looking. Jaskaran would have had a fair shot at the third run that could have tied the game. This still would have been a run-out in all possibility because the throw was on target, but Harris should have run the third. Even Sanga, the keeper, can't believe it

Last ball coming up, four required, my money is on a slower ball

Harris to face, Pathan round the stumps. Fine leg up, third man back

W
Pathan to Singh, OUT

has Pathan done it once and for all? Can't say by the way this match has gone, another slower ball, moves away from RP, who looks for another slog, gets the toe end, and the ball lobs back to the right of Pathan

Pathan to Singh, no run

Slower ball, Singh looks for a loft over midwicket, misses, and the ball bounces over the stumps by inches

A tie coming up? 4 required in three balls. Three wickets in hand, All tailenders. RP to face. Keeper up

Pathan to Rohit Sharma, FOUR runs

and Sharma enjoys the luck he deserves after two superb back-to-back innings, slower ball, length ball, Sharma looks extra cover, loses his shape, gets a thick edge, it goes over short third man, and it's four all the way

Pathan to Rohit Sharma, 2 runs

slower ball, makes room once again, hits to long-off, runs two, as if their life depended on that, well done Harris

Sharma is batting as if in a dream. He stole one similar game almost 19 hours ago. Pathan to bowl, his last over went for 2. Eleven required, what fun.

Fine leg up, and Pathan does the bluff, runs in and doesn't let the ball go. Sharma made room then

Rohit takes it all in his hand, he runs even before the ball has reached the batsman. It's a slower bouncer, which Teja misses, but Rohit is taking the single come hail or storm. Teja is late, and Lee gets him at the non-striker's end
