Deccan have done a splendid job to pull this one off, defending 135. That last over, that assault from Mishra against the flaring Munaf was the turning point. It gave his team momentum at the end of the innings, which they carried into the field with a spirited bowling performance. Mumbai, in hindsight, left it a little too late and credit to Anand Rajan - he finished with a three-for and even though there were nervy moments in that last over against Pollard, it was Rajan who won out in the end. Join us in a bit for the presentation.

Tendulkar: "Yes, this is disheartening. I thought we had controlled the game till the 19th over of the Deccan innings. Too many dot balls in the batting as well. The ball was gripping quite a bit, not to our liking. It was stopping and coming. We used up a lot of balls and also lost wickets, it was a slow but certain death I felt. In this format, anything is possible. We were doing well but we've had a couple of difficult games. We need to go through this obstacle and stay tighter. It's good to have a bad game now than in the knockout phase."

Sangakkara: "It was a 150 wicket and except for Mishy in the last over, getting into Munaf's skin a bit, that was the turning point. We can still influence the table, we need to try to win every game we play. Today, we played a lot of character and passion, defending a small total. We bowled the first six overs outstandingly. Getting JP early on was a good ploy to try and work out the leftie, Blizzard."

Amit Mishra's the Man of the Match: "I'm trying to work a lot on my batting. It happens in the heat of the moment, but that exchange with Munaf charged with up. I felt if we try to bowl well in the first six overs we could win this. I didn't really expect the track to turn much, but Ojha bowled well as well. I'm working a lot on my fitness as well."

That's all, a double-header again tomorrow so join us then. Cheers.
