END OF OVER:
20 | 10 Runs | PWI: 119/6

A low-scoring thriller and that sends Pune to a fourth successive loss, and Mumbai to their second win in a row and consolidates their third spot on the table.

It wasn't a difficult total to chase down, but Mumbai Indians bowled well and the loss of regular wickets pegged Pune back. Questions will be asked off that Ganguly innings obviously, but hats off to the way Mithun Manhas batted. Harbhajan and Malinga got a couple of wickets each.

Here are a couple of feedbacks, Sandeep: "That's what I like about Munaf. There is something to cheer about always."

Bhargav is one of the many who says, "Time for Ganguly to leave the captaincy to Clarke and retire from Cricket altogether. Clarke would be wondering: what have I done to take ruins from everyone? 121 needed off 20 overs and you can't lead from the front and win it?"

To be fair, this was a slow pitch and most batsmen struggled here.

Dinesh Karthik accepts, it was a two-paced wicket and scoring was always going to be difficult.

Sourav Ganguly: Yes, we should have got to 120, was not an easy wicket, the ball did not come on to the bat. We lost a few wickets early, when I got out was the turning point of the game.

Harbhajan Singh: As he mentioned, the pitch was slow, low and it was difficult to play your strokes. We did not expect the pitch to play this way, bowlers would love to bowl here. Our bowlers did a great job. You got to be active and move fielders around in such situations, I can get a job as a traffic policeman with my kind of hand movement.

Lasith Malinga wins the man of the match: I am used to pressure, whatever I do during the training session, I try to apply it on the field. I know my field and I bowl accordingly.

That is it from me too then, I will be back tomorrow with the game between the Chennai Super Kings and Deccan Chargers. Hope you had a good time following the commentary!

Patel to Kumar, 2 runs, full-toss, flicked away and it goes straight to deep mid-wicket and they get only a couple of runs, Mumbai Indians have won by a solitary run.

Some discussion here, on expected lines. Munaf still has a smile on his face. Long-off is in place. Now, mid-off is up in the circle. No, the mid-off goes back.

Patel to Kumar, FOUR runs, shot, shot, shot, four, inside out, through wide long-off and that brings the equation down to four from one. Slower one too and played really well.

1
Patel to Manhas, 1 run, cut away, slower one outside the off stump, and it goes on the bounce to deep point. Only a single. Two boundaries needed here.
19.3
1
Patel to Kumar, 1 run, pitched up yet again from Munaf and BK drives it through the covers for a single
19.2
1
Patel to Manhas, 1 run, pitched up and drilled to long-off, but only for a single

1w
Patel to Manhas, 1 wide, slow as slow can get from a pace bowler, and that was wide outside the off-stump, Manhas however had gone too close to it and still called a wide.
