The captain is using only slow bowlers to catch up on the time, I guess. He would've used the pacers if the game was close. The fielding captain is doing his best to not accumulate any fines for slow over rates.

Sydee: "Mahmudullah is not a regular member in test . Mash is handling ODI side . So, BCB should considered Mahmudullah as T20 captain after Mash retired from T20 . They should give ODI captaincy to him as soon as Mash retires."
