An eight-wicket match haul from the legspinner Damion Jacobs, and second-innings fifties from John Campbell and David Bernard helped Jamaica to a four-wicket victory against Leeward Islands at Sabina Park. After being inserted, Leeward Islands were shot out for 103 in 42.4 overs, with only three batsmen reaching double digits. Jacobs was the pick of the bowlers, collecting 5 for 27. Gavin Tonge responded with a five-for of his own (5 for 57) to wreck Jamaica's top and middle order, but the hosts recovered from 87 for 7 to post 222, thanks to a 100-run partnership between Nikita Miller (62) and Jacobs, who pitched in with 41. Orlando Peters took 4 for 44.
Leeward Islands fared better in their second essay, Montcin Hodge's 58 and Rahkeem Cornwall's 95 down the order lifted the team to 313, despite regular blows from Miller, Jacobs and Lambert, who each snared three wickets. Set 195 for the win, Jamaica slumped to 95 for 4 in the chase, but Campbell and Bernard's 89-run stand helped guide the team home in 55.1 overs. Campbell struck four fours and two sixes during his 68, while Bernard's 50 featured four fours.
Heroics with bat and ball provided by Roston Chase allowed Barbados to hold on for a thrilling 11-run win over Windward Islands in St Vincent. Chase scored an unbeaten 120 in the Barbados first innings total of 352 to set up a lead that they never relinquished. Johnson Charles, whose best first-class score coming into the game was 66, notched 151 in Windwards total of 278 in reply. Charles was one of only three batsmen to cross double figures in the innings though as left-arm spinner Jomel Warrican snared 5 for 75 to pin down the Windwards lineup.
Barbados ended day three at 93 for 5 in their second innings but they were effectively six down after Omar Phillips went down injured earlier in the game. They only lasted another 9.2 overs on day four as Shane Shillingford claimed 5 for 46 to set up a target of 207 for Windwards. Andre Fletcher, who made 61 in the first innings, led the chase with an unbeaten 65 but failed to get the support needed to take Windwards to victory. Fletcher added 57 for the eighth wicket with tailender Alston Bobb to get within 16 runs of victory, but Chase removed Bobb and Mervin Mathew in the space of three balls to end the 69th over before Dwayne Smith trapped Kenroy Peters for a golden duck in the next over to end the match.
Guyana outclassed Trinidad & Tobago with ball and bat to score a innings-and-60-run victory at Queen's Park Oval.
T&T had won the toss but collapsed in the first innings, crumbling from 169 for 3 to 198 all out. Lendl Simmons and Yannick Cariah made half-centuries but no one after No. 5 got into double figures. The Guyana spinners did most of the damage, with Devendra Bishoo taking 4 for 49 and Narsingh Deonarine claiming 3 for 25.
Guyana lost opener Trevon Griffith early in their reply, but everyone else weighed in with contributions of varying magnitude. The captain Vishaul Singh made 141 and there were half-centuries from Rajindra Chandrika, Raymon Reifer, Christopher Barnwell and the No. 10 Veeraswamy Permaul. T&T used nine bowlers as Guyana amassed 492 for 8 before declaring with a lead of 294.
T&T began their second innings on the third day and their top order collapsed. They lost three wickets for two runs to slip to 14 for 3 and though the middle and lower order got starts it wasn't enough to even make Guyana bat again. Akeal Hosein's 64 was the only half-century in the innings as T&T were dismissed for 234. Permaul took 4 for 51, while Bishoo claimed 3 for 82.
