Daniel Hayward was a professional wicketkeeper and middle-order batsman who played three games for Surrey but spent the bulk of his career in Cambridge. He was good enough to be picked for Players against Gentlemen and also in the (at the time) prestigious North v South series. His son and grandson were also renowned players.
Plus: most runs in a Test by a New Zealander, and c&b by the same bowler twice in a Test
