Profile

Northern's wicketkeeper-batsman Josh Richards, who has modeled his game on that of South African allrounder Jacques Kallis, is a highly rated player on the domestic circuit. He has been named as captain of South Africa's Under-19 squad to tour New Zealand for the World Cup in early 2010, a decision taken after his success leading his country to a series win over England in January 2009.
