Profile

Charith Jayampathi is a left-arm fast bowler who was selected for the 2010 Under-19 World Cup in New Zealand. He was the pick of the Sri Lankan bowlers during their U-19 tour of Australia in 2009 with nine wickets. He made his first-class debut in 2008-09 for Seeduwa Raddoluwa Cricket Club. His other interests include volleyball. If he cannot make it as a professional cricketer, he'd opt for a career in the banking sector.
