Just a comment about SL not really wanting to play at Headingley. As a Yorkshire fan who watches a great deal of cricket there, the days of a fast swinging pitch are long gone. In fact the last time England played there Swann got 10 wickets. Sure it can still swing like any ground in England but the pitch does spin more than most in England, especially as the game goes on Te fact is when the ball doesn't swing it can be fairly flat and a good place to bat.

SLC wants the money from IPL and having let the tail wag the dog, what are they complaining about. Enough is enough about the whinge SLC. Take the positives in that you do not have to play in May this time around. Make sure the full team arrives with the those greedy cricketers btw.

Now this is crazy. I think no one should play Tests with Sri Lanka. They don't play Test Cricket even at home where they cancelled the SA Test Series due to SLPL. And hell yeah they didn't have the SLPL as well. They cancelled the whole England Series when IPL formed for the first time. And the next time, players didn't participate to the practice matches in England due to IPL clash. Well said icfa. Get your players inline!

How can a domestic tournament affect an international tour? This is an absurd allegation. Get your players in line before accusing others. Your players are greedy and put money before country and you have the audacity to accuse IPL for all this. Besides everyone knows SL board and players themselves don't like to play test cricket. Look at the amount of test cricket they have played since they got test status and we all know what happened in WI when IPL was not being played. Blame everything on India/BCCI. This seems to be the favorite past time for you folks. Seriously, get a life.
