Navin Stewart is a fast-bowling allrounder who made his first-class debut for Trinidad and Tobago in March 2009 and picked up three wickets against Guyana. His first two Twenty20 matches for T&T were in the Stanford Super Series in October 2008 when several of the team's regulars were playing for the Stanford Superstars. He was relatively inexperienced when he was included in the T&T squad for the inaugural Champions League Twenty20 in India.
