George is an exciting stroke player ad brilliant fielder who took over the Scotland captaincy during the 1995 season. He has played and captained Scotland at Under 16, Under 19 and B XI levels. He has now played 66 times for the full Scotland side with a top score of 181 in the 1996 three-day first-class match against Ireland.
