Ross Dufty was a middle-order batsman and medium-pace bowler who played twice for Tasmania, his appearances coming seven years apart. In the second match, against an Australian XI, he opened the batting and made 39 (followed by a second-innings duck) and, brought on to bowl late in the innings, took 2 for 6, including the wicket of Richie Benaud.
Quite a few of England's players over the years have been born outside England. Do you know where?
What makes this innocuous-seeming bowler so difficult to handle?
