Relation Brother - DR Shepherd

Bill Shepherd, the younger brother of cricketer and umpire David, was a good player in his own right, and David often said he was the better of them. He spent time on the Lord's groundstaff, scoring a hundred at Lord's, and returned to play for Devon as an offspinning allrounder. He subsequently switched to umpiring.
