129.4 to MV Boucher, Boucher's resistance finally ends, he gets under the bounce to a full delivery and scoops it towards wide long-on and Pascal takes a good catch almost over his head. 352/10
47912052.552147200
30.2 to HM Amla, Benn can tweet something happy tonight! Big wicket. Amla has been swallowed at first slip. It was the loopy delivery full in length around off and Amla leaned forward for the drive. He ends up stabbing at it well away from the body. Mistake. The ball dipped, gripped and took the outside edge and went to first slip. Gone!. 60/2
38.4 to PL Harris, funny old shot by Harris, Benn bowls it quicker and lands it on a length, Harris stays back and tries to flat-bat it over cover but gives Shillingford a very easy catch, the ball may have stopped on him, nevertheless, he gave his wicket away. 91/4
91.1 to AB de Villiers, de Villiers has to go! Benn flights it outside off, de Villiers gets forward to drive but gets a thin edge to Ramdin, neat catch and he knows he's got him, de Villiers pauses at the crease for a few second and then walks. 238/7
116.2 to DW Steyn, Benn has his revenge against Steyn, he tosses it up outside off and invites the big hit, Steyn comes a long way down the track, heaves and misses, Ramdin does the rest. 324/8
120.2 to M Morkel, Benn's taken five! Flatter delivery from over the wicket, Morkel gets on his knee and fetches that from outside off to slog it away, gets a thick inside edge on to his off stump. 330/9
3549632.741483300
27.5 to GC Smith, What a moment for the debutant! A Test wicket. It was the flighted delivery on the leg stump line, full in length and it lured Smith to come forward to defend. Smith takes a tiny step out and pushes out at it; the ball spun sharply, caught the outside edge and went to first slip. 55/1
31.4 to AN Petersen, Shout for lbw and it has been given out by Asad Rauf. The batsman ask for the UDRS. Much fun. It was a flighted delivery that landed outside the off stump and turned in. Petersen, who remember takes an off-stump guard, took a small step out and went for the drive but missed the ball. It hit him mainly outside the off stump but there was a small part of the ball in the line of off stump.Don't get confused. Let's go to that mail from Keerthi Kumar: "Ian Bishop also said, "If the orginal decision was OUT and was decision was referred thru UDRS, any part of the ball in the line of wicket to wicket at the point of impact is good enough to hold on-field umpire's decision....". 68/3
47.5 to JH Kallis, the debutant strikes again! The ball lands well outside off stump and turns back in sharply, Kallis moves across his stumps to flick it away and exposes his middle and leg stump, the ball hits his pads in line with middle and leg, easy one for Rauf, Kallis looks uncertain at first and we think he's going to refer it but he walks off. 107/5
10212.0050000
87.1 to AG Prince, Gayle does the trick! He comes round the wicket and angles it around the pads, Prince tries to work it to the on side but ends up tamely lobbing it to Dowlin at backward short leg. 229/6

36.3 to S Chanderpaul, Got him! What a wickedly-delicious short delivery from round the stumps by Steyn. Another batsman done in by a bouncer on this slow track. It kicked up and reared towards the throat of Chanders who was caught on the shuffle and took his bottom-hand of the handle and offered the bat as a shield against the bouncer. The ball flew of the right glove and popped up to right of Boucher.. 71/4
38.5 to N Deonarine, Oh dear! Bowled without offering a shot. Steyn has done it a few times to the Indian batsmen in the last series. Now he does it to a West Indian batsman. Watch out for the shiny side gentlemen. He delivered it from round the stumps and it kept coming in with the shiny side. Deonarine lunged forward and shouldered arms. Fatal mistake. Clatterrrrr! The off stump was pegged back. Just like the first delivery of this over actually .. he almost had got his man that time.. 72/6
38.6 to S Shillingford, Absolutely Plumb. Dead duck. That shiny side again. That late movement again. Shillingford out for a first-ball duck on his debut. It veered in late, with the shiny side and at some pace. Shilingford just stood there almost transfixed. Definitely done by the movement and for pace. The ball shaped in and hit the back pad in front of off and middle. Very easy decision for Asad Rauf. 72/7
40.4 to SJ Benn, Clatterrrrrr! Wicket no 200 for Steyn. Whaddaplayaaaaaa! Take a bow Steyn - fourth fastest bowler to get there. It has been a treat to watch him for the last couple of years. Benn was just part of Steyn's personal history. Victim no 200. There was never any doubt that Benn wasn't going to long last. It was a full length delivery from round the stumps at some pace. Benn had a waft and lost his off stump. 200 from just 39 Test matches. Average around 23. And 13 five-wicket hauls. You beauty!. 75/8
40.6 to R Rampaul, Amazing scenes here. Ship wreck! West Indies have been hit on their solar plexus and reeling. Another pacy length delivery that came in with the shiny side. Too fast. Too good. Rampaul shoulders arms only to hear the death knell. Why o why would you want to leave it?. 75/9
1371941.46692010
7.6 to TM Dowlin, gone this time! Morkel strikes! Back of a length on off stump, Dowlin leapt into an attempted defence, but it got big on him and took the shoulder of the bat, on it's way through to a tumbling Smith at first slip. 7/1
9.1 to BP Nash, Morkel strikes again! Short ball that Nash desperately tried to sway inside the line of. It looked like it clipped the glove through to Boucher but was given not out. South Africa referred the decision and it was overturned after a series of replays. It looked very close but perhaps not enough evidence to overturn the original decision.. 9/2
11.1 to CH Gayle, Gayle gone now! Morkel strikes again and West Indies are in deep trouble. It was short and Gayle thought he could pull it away, it crept off the wicket, kept a touch low, took the bottom edge and crashed into Gayle's off stump. 12/3
37.1 to DJ Bravo, Oh dear what is happening out there? Another short delivery, another wicket. It was dug in short outside off and it actually doesn't climb much on the slow track. Bravo thinks it will and not only shapes to duck but takes his eyes of the ball. Mistake. And he hangs his bat out as well. Huge mistake. The ball clipped the glove en route to the keeper. It was not even chest-high .. it was just around the stomach .... 72/5

47.1 to NT Pascal, Well that does it. It was a short delivery outside off stump and Pascal goes for that flamboyant swat-pull of his. And he holes out to midwicket. Oh well. West Indies bowled out 102. They were 71 for 3 at one point. It was quite a mad afternoon. This is West Indies' lowest total against South Africa. 102/10

15.6 to AN Petersen, Trapped in front. Alviro has a chat with Smith about UDRS and Smith says nah mate i think you are out and Alviro walks away. It was dead plumb. It landed on a length around off and skidded towards middle. Petersen went forward to defend but pushed outside the line. He didn't pick that one well. Trapped!. 56/1
45.5 to JH Kallis, well, this is unexpected. Kallis has been given out lbw, eventually, by the on-field umpire. It struck him outside the line, but Kallis was hiding the bat behind the pad, it would have hit off stump so it looks a good decision. Kallis referred it, but the original decision was upheld and Kallis is furious. Good bowling from Benn, and good umpiring.. 157/3
55.3 to GC Smith, gone! Benn gets another and no debate here! Poor old Smith doesn't reach his hundred after all, trying to sweep, gets too far inside it and the ball canons into leg stump. He's missed that sweep all morning and just came too far across his stumps here. 178/4
2126613.14823100
22.2 to HM Amla, Nicely done. Amla fell right into the trap. There was a short extra cover. the plan was simple. Flight it outside off, make him drive , get it to dip on him, and force a mistake. Amla leaned forward to drive and couldn't keep it down.. 79/2

6.4 to BP Nash, And he is gone this time! It looked as if it was going to happen. Full in length and this one straightened outside off. Nash got nowhere close to the line of the delivery, just had a waft at it, bat well away from the body, the back foot actually going back and struck on the leg stump line and edges it to a delighted Boucher. Nash never looked in.. 39/2
45.3 to N Deonarine, Got him! That round-the-stumps angle works again. Deonarine asks for UDRS It landed on a length outside off and moved in. Deonarine stays back, moves across the stumps and tries to work it to the on side but misses. The ball hits him in front of middle and would have taken out the leg stump. No doubt about that. Asad Rauf's original decision stays and West Indies slip further.. 152/5
80.3 to NT Pascal, South Africa crush West Indies with a day to spare. It was a length delivery outside off stump and Pascal tries to play a flamboyant swat-pull - he was out playing the same shot in the first innings - and ended up edging it to the stumps. SA win by 163 runs. Comprehensive. SA lead the three-game series 1-0.. 293/10
1234924.08514100
1.1 to TM Dowlin, Given out lbw. Dowlin was looking to walk off but Gayle suggests him to go for the UDRS It landed back of length outside off stump and cut in. Dowlin went back and across to defend but was late in bringing the bat down and was hit on the line of the off stump. Hawk eye suggests it would hit the top of the off stump. Gayle perhaps thought that since it hit him just above the knee roll, the height might be in question. But as the replays suggest, it would have hit the very top of the off stump. Asad Rauf has a discussion with Simon Taufel and raises his finger. West Indies lose their first wicket. Again very early.. 2/1
34.2 to CH Gayle, Trapped! Dead Plumb! It was a full length delivery, from round the stumps, landed just outside off and moved in. Gayle had pressed his front leg across and tried to bring his bat around the pad. Too late. The ball thuds into the pad on the off and middle line. It would have crashed into the middle stump. Morne strikes at the start of his new spell to terminate a good knock from Gayle. Now will we see a procession? Will we see a fight?. 114/4
1352011.53641000
59.3 to D Ramdin, First Test wicket for Tsotsobe. A just reward for his persistence but got to say a pretty poor shot from Ramdin. It's a slow wicket. There is a short extra cover in place and you don't drive away from the body like this. But he did. It was a full length delivery outside off and Ramdin tried to drive on the up and finds the man. Oh well. Just three more now.. 194/7
26.339123.4311411200
56.6 to DJ Bravo, That outside leg-stump line has worked! It was flighted outside leg and Bravo got outside the line and went for his whippy flick but hit it straight to short midwicket! A stylish innings but it's over now. Harris screams in delight. Prince does a little jig. Yet again. Bravo flatters to deceive. Questions will be asked about the need to play that kind of flamboyant shot but that's how he has been playing (and getting out) for a long long time now. Who will bell the cat? When will Bravo learn that attractive 40's are not going to save the day? When will he, I dare say, grow up?. 192/6
74.2 to S Shillingford, But he is gone now. The fun from the spin twins is over. Shillingford ran down the track for the big lofted hit but ended up lobbing a dolly to covers. And then they were one.. 264/9
1134914.45497100
25.4 to S Chanderpaul, Kallis strikes. He is going to be more than just handy on this track with his off cutters. It was a short-of-length delivery that cut away from Chanderpaul who tried to punch on the up, ala Gayle, and ended up edging it straight to second slip.. 94/3
0.30408.0021000
21211.00110000
73.5 to SJ Benn, Trapped in front! Petersen's first Test wicket. His fourth first-class wicket. Ever. It landed just outside off and slid in. Benn pushed outside the line and was caught plumb in front. Entertaining knock from Benn ends.. 260/8
