76.2 to RJ Harris, short, hooked at, takes the glove and caught! Another wicket and Harris was late on the stroke and not in control, easy catch for the keeper and the finger goes up straight away. 169/7
2466512.701116020
1.2 to EJM Cowan, Cowan pads up, and he can now walk off. That's the second time in his seven-Test career that Cowan has been out offering no shot. Length ball, on off, Cowan expects it to go with the angle, but Rav gets it to swing back in, and hits him in front of off. A no-brainer for umpire Tony Hill. Ravi lives up to his reputation for early breakthroughs. 1/1
2174812.28973110
39.5 to SR Watson, pulled out into the deep and taken! And finally the West Indies strike and Watson goes top-edging a pull, Deonarine came in a few yards off the square rope, taking it going to his right and claiming a straightforward catch. 84/2
42.5911962.771906300
45.3 to DA Warner, that's Warner's first half-century. And the first time a Dominican has taken a wicket in Dominica. Short, widish, very cuttable, but this one bounces extra, and hits the top half of the bat to lob to cover-point. The first time Warner has reached 50 and not converted into a hundred. 105/3
59.5 to RT Ponting, inside edge and gone! You have to say that was coming with the amount of turn and bounce that is available here. Ponting was a long way forward, the turn took the outside edge and possibly glove, loopin to leg slip who took an easy catch. 142/4
67.3 to MJ Clarke, I mentioned more of Shillingford to Clarke and now he's gone caught at short leg once again quick turn, bounce and straight to short leg off the gloves who pouches an easy chance. The home-town boy producing the goods here.... 157/5
73.2 to MEK Hussey, this is edged and taken at slip! A fine diving catch from Darren Sammy going to his left but again the bounce providing the gloved deflection and Sammy leap across to take it. Hussey forward to block but the bounce that Shillingford is getting today has sent another Aussie back. 164/6
114.3 to MS Wade, caught at the boundary edge and excellent presence of mind by Bravo! And it's a five-for for Shillingford as well, Wade goes another of his slogs but doesn't get the distance, went flatter to deep midwicket and Bravo caught it, threw it up in the air before going outside the boundary, gets back in the field of play and takes the catch. 328/9
114.5 to BW Hilfenhaus, well make that six for Shillingford! Tossed up generously and Hilfenhaus tries to hoick him away over the on side, misses it and the ball hits the middle stump. 328/10

2.5 to KC Brathwaite, edged and taken on the fumble at first slip. Has to be left but he's fiddled at an away swinger on a good length after getting a touch squared up and got a good nick to Harris who initially split a straightforward chance but grabbed the rebound. 1/1
12.242922.35603003
51.6 to S Shillingford, bowled first ball! A fabulous full, inswinging delivery that is far too good for Shillingford, he's so late on it and didn't move his feet, getting a little inside edge onto the off stump. 120/8
87.2 to S Chanderpaul, that looks gone, that was shaping up to be an outswinger to the left-hander, it straightened in the air too from over the stumps after being angled in, Chanders cannot be blamed for pushing at the original line, but it then moves in after pitching on a good length on off, that would have crashed into middle, Chanders reviews umpire Erasmus' out call, he will have to walk back. 218/10
1303612.76602001
41.5 to N Deonarine, huge cry for leg before, might have been bat, then a run out chance, referred at the end of it. What does the evidence say here? Doesn't look like bat...two reds otherwise...yes changed and gone! No bat and the original decision is overturned, a good review, angling into leg stump and Harris strikes. 96/5
401203.00192010
3376942.091532000
26.3 to AB Barath, the turn and bounce rewards Lyon! Barath was back at the crease to tuck it away to the on side, hits the bat, then pad and an easy take for short leg, he should have defended it. 62/2
34.2 to KOA Powell, short but dragged it on a real bonus wicket for Australia. Maybe it kept a touch low but the cut stroke has dragged a back of a length ball onto the base of off stump and that is a poor dismissal and a major blow for the West Indies. 85/4
44.6 to CS Baugh, bat, pad and taken at short leg and heavens are the Aussie's on top now! Once again in this game the bounce does for the batsman, playing forward pops up a catch to short leg who pouches a very easy chance and the finger goes up immediately. 103/6
70.4 to R Rampaul, Lyon has his fourth, and Rampaul has gotten himself out needlessly, came down the track to try and hit Lyon over midwicket, against the spin, and with so much turn around for the offspinner, Rampaul manages a thick edge off a heave, which loops to point. 186/9
502114.20223000
27.6 to DM Bravo, and he goes to a part-timer! Simplest of catches, Bravo is forward to defend but he doesn't cover the line properly, big inside edge onto the pads, lobs up and Cowan had all the time in the world to catch it. 73/3

3.4 to DA Warner, outside edge and gone, the mini session earns West Indies a wicket, Shiv pouches the edge at wide slip, Warner getting too aggressive, trying to attack a length delivery outside off, a shade away from the body, and perishing. 17/1
52.6 to RT Ponting, short ball, ducked and it loops to slip must have come off the top edge and Ponting's career in the West Indies is over. He couldn't get the bat down in time and it came off the top edge and Chanderpaul came running out from slip to take the catch with two hands. 168/4
84.6 to MA Starc, the change of angle has worked, and that is the end of the innings, Roach goes through the gate, angles it in, bit of inward shape as it pitched on a length, Starc goes for the drive and leaves too much air between bat and pad. 259/10
39710042.561819100
8.2 to SR Watson, here's another though, caught at leg slip Watson trying to flick to leg has got an inside edge, in fact it's just off the face to the fielder who's taken a sharp chance. He came forward and worked it round the front pad but straight to the fielder. 25/2
55.2 to MJ Clarke, bounce and caught on the 45, Clarke was pulling and the extra bounce took the top edge which looped in the air and the 45 came in to take a simple chance. 171/5
71.3 to MEK Hussey, gone! Shillingford gets the edge, Sammy does the job at slip, tossed up neatly on a length on middle, Hussey pushed forward hoping to cover for the turn, but it still grazed the edge and flew low to Sammy. 220/7
75.3 to BW Hilfenhaus, tenth strike of the match for Shillingford, and what an outstanding take from silly point, it is Brathwaite, Shillingord gets it to take off alarmingly, hits the splice of the bat, the ball flies well to silly point's right, Brathwaite goes leaping and pouches it one-handed. 237/9
1042002.00482000
1414533.21513000
40.4 to EJM Cowan, marvellous catch at slip. Cowan's gone for the cut again, got a big outside edge and it has rocketed to Sammy who's held a blinder at shoulder height. He got two hands up in a flash and managed to cling on, no-one believed he'd caught it to start with. 112/3
62.3 to MS Wade, this time given out lbw it hit Wade on the full, he now reviews the call, but as I suggested, these umpires are very good, that is toe first and will be pretty much bang in front...yep, crashing leg stump so another one gone. 196/6
74.2 to RJ Harris, gone this time, trying to slog sweep from way outside off stump, it pitches full, spins in and takes the edge to fly straight in the air, Baugh settles under it. 230/8

2.5 to AB Barath, oh dear, flicked to square leg, where Cowan goes flying to his right and pulls off a stunner, full delivery, angled in on the pad, should have been put away, Barath timed the flick well too, but hadn't accounted for Cowan. 0/1
922602.88423000
29.368732.941329100
80.4 to CS Baugh, Lyon strikes, the end of Baugh, he was attempting another big hit, he didn't get forward and he looked to swipe it, connected well but placement isn't great, Ponting at midwicket holds on to a tough overhead chance, he hasn't had the best series fielding-wise, but pouches that well. 206/7
84.2 to KAJ Roach, sensational catch from Clarke, a thin edge from Sammy as he looks to defend off the front foot, just past the keeper's pads, Clarke at first slip had a long way to go, it was travelling fast and it stayed low, Clarke threw himself to his left and somehow got there in time to pluck it before it thudded into the ground, Roach is gone. 234/8
96.3 to DJG Sammy, it's over, Australia take the series 2-0, Sammy is gone as he top-edges a sweep towards short fine leg, some merry hitting from the West Indian lower order but those two wickets late in the day had virtually killed off the Test, Sammy is distraught, discussing the shot even as he walks off after shaking hands with the Australians. 294/10
1223402.83524000
2318653.73946300
15.6 to KC Brathwaite, short, tried to be pulled, missed, cry for leg before and given out! Looks adjacent to me provided he hasn't hit it, it's referred...oh heavens that is close, so close on both hitting him in line and, even closer, or not so close, just shaving the top of the bails, that is where I think DRS should give more benefit of doubt to the batsman, either way it was a poor stroke, late on the pull. 28/2
23.4 to KOA Powell, bowled him! Loose drive and this finds it's way between bat and pad and onto leg stump. He didn't get out to the pitch to a flighted ball just outside off, he was vulnerable to any turn, and was beaten through the gate. 45/3
67.1 to S Chanderpaul, turn and there's a cry for leg before, was he outside the line, not out, they will refer this, could be high too, certainly caught Chanderpaul on the crease, the turn beat the inside edge...oh! Three reds this is out! What a blow! I think Clarke has just sealed the Test match in the last over of the day. It caught Chanderpaul in line with off stump, going on to hit middle. 173/5
73.6 to N Deonarine, full delivery from Clarke, seemed an innocuous delivery, punched back towards the bowler, the Australians appeal after Clarke catches, a very gentle appeal, the umpires consult and then decide to go to the third umpire, a huge puff of dust as the ball bounces, quite hard to tell even on several replays whether that bounced before hitting the bat, I think that pitched before Deonarine hit it, the third umpire Ian Gould taking a long time over it, and Gould has ruled that out, Clarke gets his fourth, and West Indies' last remaining specialist batsman is gone. 180/6
85.6 to R Rampaul, Clarke gets his five-for! Rampaul wanted to hit this one straighter, doesn't quite get to the pitch, he strikes it hard, goes high but not long enough, Warner at mid-on waits for an eternity for the ball to come down, hangs on to it, and Clarke has his second five-wicket haul of his career. 245/9
922012.22432000
60.6 to DM Bravo, gone! There's the breakthrough, sliding across Bravo, he's tried to back foot drive and got an edge low to Wade who's got down to take well, that is a good catch. So Australia do strike before the close, what a bonus, six to take now and they'll be feeling so much better to have ended that excellent stand. 155/4
