Zimbabwe started slowly, reaching 50-2 after 18 overs, but Taibu, who hit Steyn for three sixes, increased the tempo, then Williams and Matsikenyeri added 84 in 13 overs to set up a competitive total. But the match was settled by an opening stand of 174 in 28 overs between Smith and Gibbs, who hit his 17th one-day century in his only match in this series.
