In their final practice match, England collapsed lazily to 55-8 against a team drawn from Mumbai's second and third strings; the first team were playing a Ranji game in Gujarat. Graeme Swann top-scored for England with 24*. Much of the damage was done by Kshemal Waingankar, 23, a medium-pace bowler with a single first-class appearance
