Kelab Aman literally translated means Peace Club. It is the home of the Selangor Sikh Union (SSU), the first Sikh non-religious organisation founded in about 1920. It was once the site of a tin mine and in 1968 more than 4000 lorry loads of earth from the Kuala Lumpur Hilton building site was used to fill up the pit before work on the ground could start.
The Club was officially completed in 1974.
It is the site for the Sikh community's cultural functions, hockey, cricket and many other sports.
