Ridley Jacobs has been named the captain of the Antigua & Barbuda line-up which will take on the Pakistanis in a warm-up match in Antigua on May 15 (Sunday). The 15-man squad consists mostly of up-and-coming young players and includes Austin Richards Jr and Amwaa Prince, two aggressive opening batsmen.

The match on Sunday will be Pakistan's only practice match of the entire tour. The three-match one-day series starts on Wednesday, May 18, in St Vincent, followed by a weekend double-header in St Lucia. The Test series starts in Barbados on May 26.

Carl Simon, a fast-medium pacer from Leeward Islands, was delighted to be included. "I was very, very excited to come back and play against Pakistanis," he told reporters on Thursday. "It is a great opportunity to play against a top team in the world like Pakistan and I'm looking forward to that game on Sunday. I'm in very good shape. I've played one game since I was away. I've been doing a lot of exercise and running."

Simon took 34 wickets at 25 runs apiece for Leewards, who finished second in the Carib Beer Series.
