ICC World Twenty20 - 5th match, Group D
South Africa won by 130 runs
Played at Kennington Oval, London (neutral venue)
7 June 2009 (20-over match)

Haq to Kallis, OUT, he gives it a lot of air outside off and tempts Kallis to go for the hoick on his knees, a little too ambitious in the end as he gets a thick inside edge onto his stumps, he looked set for a fifty but it's been a quality innings

JH Kallis b Haq 48 (41m 31b 8x4 0x6) SR: 154.83

South Africa 87/1   GC Smith 38* (27b 6x4 1x6)   RM Haq 1.3-0-5-1

Haq to Smith, OUT, a double-wicket over! Smith attempts a shot very similar to his opening partner, he gets on his knee for a slog sweep but gets a thick top edge and the keeper Smith jogs to his right and takes the easiest of catches

GC Smith c †Smith b Haq 38 (44m 29b 6x4 1x6) SR: 131.03

South Africa 88/2   HH Gibbs 1* (1b)   RM Haq 2-0-6-2

Watson to Gibbs, OUT, another wicket falls to the offspinner, he gives it a lot of air and Gibbs dances down the pitch and fails to get behind the line, easy stumping for Smith, Watson was bowling round the wicket

HH Gibbs st †Smith b Watson 16 (11m 14b 0x4 0x6) SR: 114.28

South Africa 125/3   AB de Villiers 22* (14b 2x4 1x6)   RR Watson 1.3-0-11-1

Drummond to Morkel, OUT, He bowls a low full toss but Morkel fails to get completely underneath it, the ball spoons off the toe of the bat and lands down long-off's throat

JA Morkel c Coetzer b Drummond 24 (14m 11b 1x4 2x6) SR: 218.18

South Africa 176/4   AB de Villiers 46* (23b 4x4 3x6)   GD Drummond 2.4-0-22-1

Drummond to Boucher, OUT, one of the most stunning catches you will ever see! Boucher makes room and scoops him down to long-on and the ball appeared to be heading over the rope but Coetzer leapt up, stuck his right hand out and pulled off a stunner while falling backwards, he lands just before the rope, reminds me of Vasbert Drakes' catch in the 2003 World Cup

MV Boucher c Coetzer b Drummond 2 (2m 3b 0x4 0x6) SR: 66.66

South Africa 195/5   AB de Villiers 63* (29b 5x4 4x6)   GD Drummond 3.1-0-24-2
