ICC World Twenty20 - 12th match, Group A

India v Ireland

India won by 8 wickets (with 15 balls remaining)

6.1

Ojha to O'Brien, OUT, Ojha has picked a wicket off his first ball. Again. It skidded on around the off stump from short of length, the batsman went for the pull but got a fatal inside-edge. Gone! Nothing great about the ball but poor shot execution.

KJ O'Brien b Ojha 2 (8m 4b 0x4 0x6) SR: 50.00

6.2

Ojha to Mooney, 1 run, slow through the air, full outside off, tapped to backward point region

6.3

Ojha to Wilson, no run, dips in on the leg stump line, rolls off the pad

6.4

Ojha to Wilson, no run, comes down the track, Ojha flights it across but gets it to dip quickly, pushed out to cover

6.5

Ojha to Wilson, 1 run, run out missed by Raina-Ojha combo. It was dug out to extra cover, Raina moved to his right and fired in a slightly wide through and Ojha couldn't collect. The non-striker was also at the striker's end. Raina had to just lob it over but obviously he didn't see how far the non-striker had gone

6.6

Ojha to Mooney, no run

Ireland 30/4   PP Ojha 1-0-2-1

8.1

Ojha to Mooney, FOUR, A boundary after 23 balls. Via a reverse sweep. It was flighted full on the middle and off and he got it past backward point

8.2

Ojha to Mooney, 1 run, leans across to dab it to the on side for a single

8.3

Ojha to Wilson, 1 run, loopy flighted delivery on the middle stump line, punched towards the non-striker, almost a collision there and Ojha couldn't get across to stop it

8.4

Ojha to Mooney, 1 run, slightly short in length, cut away through the off side

8.5

Ojha to Wilson, 2 runs, tossed full on the middle, swept away to deep backward square leg

8.6

Ojha to Wilson, 2 runs, stays back to push it through wide midwicket and they run hard to come back for the second run

Ireland 45/4   PP Ojha 2-0-13-1

12.1

Ojha to White, no run, arm-ball on the off stump line, beats the forward defensive stroke and catches him in front. Loud shout by Ojha, not supported by Dhoni and the umpire turns it down. That was close. In fact would have hit the middle

12.2

Ojha to White, 1 run, turned to backward square leg for a single

12.3

Ojha to Mooney, no run, lovely loopy delivery, skidding on and in fact flicked the bails enroute to going to Dhoni! Whoa! They stood very firm on the stumps

12.4

Ojha to Mooney, 1 run, lunges forward to push through the on side for a single

12.5

Ojha to White, no run

12.6

Ojha to White, 1 run, worked past square leg for a run

Ireland 64/5   PP Ojha 3-0-16-1

14.1

Ojha to White, 1 leg bye, lovely slow delivery, it took an eternity to reach the other end, the batsman had completed the sweep shot by then; the ball rolled towards short third man

14.2

Ojha to Mooney, 1 run, again slows up the pace, charges out, is made to wait and he drives to long-on

14.3

Ojha to White, 1 leg bye, comes down the track, Ojha shortens the length and he lunges out to jab it to the off side

14.4

Ojha to Mooney, OUT, Fatal reverse sweep. No power behind that shot. Again, Ojha had not offered any pace behind the ball and the weak reverse sweep saw the ball lob straight to short third man

JF Mooney c Yuvraj Singh b Ojha 19 (30m 22b 1x4 0x6) SR: 86.36

14.5

Ojha to West, 1 run, OUT, Poor stuff from West. It was well flighted delivery, above the eye-line, and punched towards mid-on. Raina rushes in from the deep and fires in a throw at the striker's end. The ball ricochets of Dhoni's pad and falls on the stumps. Poor stuff from the batsman, though. He was just ambling in; he didn't ground the bat but just lazily stepped in but that foot was in the air when the bails came off.

RM West run out 1 (1m 1b 0x4 0x6) SR: 100.00

14.6

Ojha to Cusack, no run, flighted full, jabbed off bat and pad to the off side

Ireland 73/7   PP Ojha 4-0-18-2
